Record Time!

{papers and elements from "Fairies and Toadstools" by Lisa Warren; "Pass the Chex", "Pea Times New Camelion", and "Pea Olson" fonts}

I just scrapped this layout - from start to finish, plus saving in three formats - in under 30 minutes! That has to be my personal best, LOL. No, I wasn't actually going for a record or anything... here's what happened: I just got a new laptop. I haven't gotten around to moving all my files - pictures, scrapbooking stuff - so all I have on here are the pictures I've taken in the last week and two scrapbooking kits. Having it all narrowed down made it so easy! Also, because I had so little to choose from I scrapped a memory I might not have otherwise, and used supplies I probably wouldn't have normally chosen. But I love how it turned out!

So, my two cents: if you are stuck and aren't sure what to scrapbook... narrow it down! Randomly pick a folder of pictures or a favorite little memory and just do it. Or limit your options of what to scrapbook with. There are so many cute products out there it can be overwhelming! I know many people want to scrapbook but feel like they are so far behind and don't know where to begin. So, if you are feeling stuck, maybe narrowing your options can help! Better to have something done, than nothing at all. ;)

xoxo,
