Last September, we took and epic week-long trip to Disneyland. I started scrapping our adventure as soon as we returned and I finally finished it up last month and now I have a beautiful book I can hold in my hands. I absolutely love how it turned out.
I decided to scrap this trip chronologically for the most part. I was inspired by the Project Mouse line of products by Sahlin Studio and Britt-ish Designs, which is mostly what I used. The templates are Project Grids by Amy Martin. I had the book printed by Heritage Makers (I have a monthly subscription and I've stacked up a lot of points, so whenever I want to print a book I usually only have to pay shipping.)
While I post most of my layouts here, I didn't actually post any of my Disney pages when I was scrapping them. I decided to save them for one big post. Since I'm posting photos of the finished book, I won't bother to add the layouts here, but you can find them all at Scrap Stacks. Also, today I'm being featured over at Capturing Magical Memories, and you can see more about me and my Disney pages over there.
Without further ado - here's a look at Disneyland 2013:
Thanks for looking :)

Project: Love, Me - November Layouts
Another month, more great prompts and yet another gorgeous kit. I really loved richness and colors for November's kit, iGive. You can find November's prompts... and since November is over, you can find December's prompts now, too! I just started on them last night. Hoping to get them done quickly since this is a busy month!
Here are my layouts for November, all using the iGive Bundle:
Week 1

Week 2

Week 3

Week 4

For Week 1 and Week 2 I also used free templates that were available for different template challenges at Scrap Orchard during the month of November. I don't think they're still available, but each month there are at least two or three template challenges you can find in the Challenge Forum.

Project: Love, Me - July
The theme for this month is iCelebrate. You can find all the prompts here. All my layouts were creating using the iCreate bundle which includes a kit, wordart pack, template pack, and cluster pack. And right now I'm patting myself on the back for having finished them all so early in the month!

March Layouts
Since April is almost over (!) I thought I should at least post my layouts from March. I love how this layout about my son's birthday party turned out; I used the same kit & alpha for it that I used for all the decorations.

{alpha from "Black Comedy" alpha by SuzyQ Scraps; papers & embellishments from "Monster" kit by Digital Scrapbook Memories; Pea Missy font}

{template from "Circles of Fun" by Crystal Livesay; alpha, orange button, & pumpkin from "Plentiful" by Shabby Princess; stitched circles from "Mod & Classy" by Down This Road Designs; check, stripe and brown papers from "Funky Fall" kit by Kelley Mickus and Amanda Heimann; green splatter from "In The Graveyard" by SuzyQ Scraps and DeCrow Designs; overlay from "Thank Ya Kindly" freebie by Jessica Sprague; Pea Jenny font}

{alpha from "Laugh Out Loud" alpha by SuzyQ Scraps; papers & elements from "Day at The Dentist" by Twin Mom Scraps; Pea Kar Kar and Eight Fifteen fonts}
I also got a couple more of my Philly layouts completed - it's been a while!

{background paper & white dotted paper from "Beautiful You" kit by Kelley Mickus; plaid paper and string from "Heavenly Peace" kit by SuzyQ Scraps; frame & cardboard from "So Happy Together" by Emily Merritt; button from "Crooked Creek" by Lazy Cow Designs; welcome blocks from "My New Neighbor" by EH Studio; stitching from "Year in Review" kit by SuzyQ Scraps & Captivated Visions; Teletype font}

{background paper from "Simple Pleasures Birthday Add-on" by Leora Sanford; large folded frame freebie by Gunhilde Storeide; flowers from "Free Your Mind" kit by Designs by Kat; circle stamps from "Spontaneous" kit by Sabrina's Creations; Jane Austen and Teletype fonts}

Gratitude Album
Remember my 30 Days of Gratitude project? I now have something tangible to show for it. I decided to go with a fun little badge album. A badge album is super easy - I just bought some of those clear name badge holders - you can get them at Walmart, or any office supply store - and then created my mini layouts the size that would fit in photoshop. (I made a similar album last April for my 30 Days of Photos.) All you need is just a little ribbon to tie it all together, and viola!

I have a few of these little mini-albums on a shelf in my living room. It's fun to browse through them every now and then.

I used all kinds of products from my digital stash for this. Most of it is stuff from one of my favorite designers, Leora Sanford. I really love this simple kraft alpha that I used for the numbers throughout, it really ties it all together.

And a look at the back:

Final Disney Pages
Done! Finally. I plan to use this code to get it printed for FREE at shutterfly! {8PBA91} This code is for a free 20 page photobook. I had to hurry because it expires September 1! Now if only I had similar motivation to finish the other three albums I've started...

{background paper by SuzyQ Scraps; beach wordart by Margarete Antonio; seashells and waves from "Castaway" kit by FaithTrue; "Pea Bonnie Script" font}

{stitching from Stitch Hiccups #3 by SuzyQ Scraps; everything else from "Journey 365 Jumbo" kit by SuzyQ Scraps; "Another Typewriter" font}
